| The Atlas
II is designed and manufactured
by Advance Adapters for the serious off-road enthusiast. The
Atlas II is an all gear driven transfer case available with
3.8:1 or 4.3:1 low range for rock crawling and is still 1:1 for
highway driving. When Advance Adapters designed the
Atlas II they went for the strength of the NP 205 and the size
of the Dana 300 and came up with something in-between. The
32 spline output shafts make it strong like the NP 205 but it is
only 2" longer than the Dana 300. They also designed
it to fit left or right hand off-sets for many applications.

| The Dana
300 transfer case was used in the
late Jeep CJs (1980-1986 ). It is a gear driven unit with stock
2.64 to 1 low range. We offer them completely rebuilt ready to
install with stock shifter. Our rebuilds include all new
bearings, seals, gaskets and welded paddles for added
lubrication when in tow. They are also available with 4to1 low
range and twin stick shifters. You also have a choice of strap
type, u-bolt type or 1350 series yokes.

|
| The
NP 205 transfer case was in GM,
Ford and Dodge trucks form ½ ton to 1 ton. It was used in
the late 1960’s and early 1970’s in the ½ tons but
eventually fazed out in the later years and used only in the 1
tons. The NP 205 has become very much in demand because of
its strength and dependability. Since it was so widely
used it can easily be adapted to replace a lot of the smaller
and weaker chain drive transfer cases.
